Job Summary
This role involves supporting a renowned electrical engineering company by managing, maintaining, and caring for buildings and their technical systems. The Technical Employee will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing maintenance and repair work, processing technical fault reports, and documenting operational procedures. Key requirements include a completed vocational technical or trade apprenticeship (such as Electrician or Mechatronics Technician) and a good technical understanding coupled with manual dexterity. Experience in technical property management or facility management is desirable. The position requires a self-reliant, structured, and solution-oriented approach, and the willingness to work across various locations in the Oldenburg/Bremen area. This is a long-term position starting through temporary employment with the strong possibility of permanent takeover by the client.
