Job Summary

This leadership role involves heading the Administration and Finance department, overseeing a team of 8 employees within the Arbeitstherapeutische Werkstätte Mannheim gGmbH (ATW), a social enterprise supporting individuals with mental illness through vocational training and workplace integration. The Head of Administration and Finance will be responsible for the full financial lifecycle, including developing the economic plan, controlling, and reporting, while ensuring liquidity and capacity utilization. Key responsibilities also include providing leadership support in HR, accounting, and performance billing, managing internal projects for ATW's development, and preparing for shareholder meetings and cost unit negotiations. The ideal candidate must possess a university degree in Business Administration or equivalent, coupled with several years of comparable leadership experience, and demonstrate strong communication and problem-solving skills, alongside empathy for working with mentally ill individuals.
