Job Summary

This hands-on technical role is situated within the demanding aviation industry, focusing on the precision assembly and repair of electronic and electromechanical components. The daily responsibilities include the assembly of electromechanical subassemblies, manufacturing complex cable harnesses strictly adhering to standards like IPC/WHMA-A-620, and repairing electronic assemblies following IPC-7711/7721 guidelines. A critical part of the job involves maintaining quality assurance documentation, processing error reports, and ensuring strict compliance with material management, process, quality, and safety regulations. Candidates must possess a completed vocational qualification as an Electronics Technician or equivalent, coupled with multi-year experience in electromechanical manufacturing. Success in this role requires excellent fine motor skills, a quick comprehension ability, and proficiency in reading complex schematics and technical drawings.
