Job Summary
This role is an exciting opportunity for a skilled Chemist to join an accredited testing laboratory, focusing on pollutant and content analysis for flexible multi-layer polymer materials. The position, initially covering parental leave, involves independently conducting and developing analytical methods using wet-chemical, chromatographic, and spectroscopic techniques. Day-to-day tasks include developing and implementing content determination methods for trace pollutants in materials like leather and textiles, primarily utilizing advanced coupled chromatographic systems (HPLC-MS/MS). The ideal candidate must have a degree in Chemistry, practical laboratory experience in instrumental analytics, especially chromatography, and strong skills in quality assurance according to DIN EN ISO 17025. This position requires self-reliance, meticulous quality orientation, and fluency in German, offering a varied role within a supportive research environment.

University or University of Applied Sciences degree (Bachelor, Master, Diploma) in Chemistry or a comparable qualification
