Job Summary

This role seeks an engaged Construction Site Manager to lead and coordinate complex wind energy construction projects. Day-to-day responsibilities involve independently managing wind farm sites, coordinating all infrastructure trades, including foundation construction, road building, and cable routes, and ensuring strict adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards. The manager will also be responsible for creating specifications, assisting with tendering and invoicing, and managing communication between various trades, general contractors, and landowners. Key requirements include formal training in construction (such as a technician or master craftsman) or a degree in Civil Engineering, coupled with strong organizational, leadership, and assertiveness skills.
