Job Summary
This role is for a proactive Technical Support Specialist responsible for the independent execution of repairs and maintenance on all associated hardware and software systems supported by the company. The position involves a critical mix of field service and in-house workshop duties. Day-to-day tasks include diagnosing faults, performing necessary fixes, and ensuring the smooth operation of client systems, primarily within a 50 km radius of the Solingen location. The successful candidate must be highly autonomous and technically proficient in both hardware and software troubleshooting. This is a full-time, permanent position offering a stable opportunity to utilize technical expertise directly in customer-facing scenarios, requiring a Class B driver's license to facilitate travel to customer locations.
