Job Summary

This role is for a Medium Voltage Protection Technician and Tester, serving as a vital link between technical execution, project management, and customers, focusing primarily on renewable energy infrastructure. Day-to-day responsibilities include performing comprehensive protection and functional tests on medium voltage systems, such as PV plants, transformer stations, and battery storage units. You will meticulously check protection relays, commission protection devices, test remote control systems, and analyze measurement data to determine optimal protection settings and initiate optimizations. The ideal candidate holds a completed qualification as an Electrician, ideally supplemented by further training as a Master Craftsman or Technician in Electrical Engineering.
