This full-time IT Service Technician role, based in Lübeck, involves actively shaping and supporting the internal IT landscape for Palliativnetz Travebogen gGmbH. Day-to-day responsibilities include the installation and configuration of hardware (PCs, peripherals), software, and network technology, alongside performing regular maintenance, troubleshooting, and resolving technical issues. The technician will serve as the primary contact for internal First-Level Support, manage administrative rights in defined systems, and conduct onboarding and application training for staff on IT topics.
