Job Summary

This role places the Network and Data Engineer at the critical intersection of network technology, internal applications, and operational workflows. You will play a key part in ensuring the seamless execution of customer support and activation processes, guaranteeing the reliability of internal tools (such as the Field Service App), and optimizing collaboration between planning, construction, field service, and development teams. Daily responsibilities include serving as the technical contact for internal app developers, performing extensive data analysis and reporting using strong SQL expertise, and proactively identifying and resolving systematic data quality issues. The ideal candidate must bring excellent SQL and database knowledge, familiarity with scripting, Linux, and basic programming, coupled with strong communication skills and a keen focus on process optimization. This is a crucial role for professionals who thrive on technical coordination and data-driven problem-solving, requiring a commitment to work from the Hamburg office three days per week.
