Job Summary

This leadership role involves taking full responsibility for occupational health management across the Bosch Home Comfort Group. The Head of Health Service Center will lead an interdisciplinary Health Service Team, including Medical Services, Social Counseling, and Occupational Health Promotion, across multiple German locations. Key responsibilities include proactively developing and implementing holistic health management strategies, acting as the primary contact for executive management and leadership, and ensuring compliance with all statutory health protection requirements. Additionally, the role requires functioning as an Occupational Physician according to DGUV2 standards and collaborating closely with internal partners like HR, Social Services, Occupational Safety, and the Works Council. The ideal candidate possesses specialized training in occupational medicine, extensive leadership experience, and strong communication skills to drive a proactive 'Care Culture' within the organization.
