Job Summary
This role involves developing innovative mission systems for combat vehicles, ranging from fire control systems to advanced sight and sensor technologies. The Systems Developer will handle all system-related tasks, from the acquisition phase through to customer acceptance. Key responsibilities include creating system and subsystem concepts and specifications, conducting system integration, fault detection, and comprehensive system testing. The ideal candidate will support senior developers by coordinating system documentation, performing technical reviews and audits, and preparing technical decision-making documents (such as make-or-buy analyses) and test concepts. This position requires a technical degree in fields like Electrical Engineering or Systems Engineering, strong German and English proficiency, and a willingness to travel globally, offering involvement in exciting, interdisciplinary, and international projects.
