Job Summary

This critical technical role involves acting as the primary technical authority for heat pumps within geothermal and ground collector projects across Germany, serving municipalities, energy providers, and private developers. The specialist will provide independent technical consulting to clients, planners, and heating contractors, focusing on system concepts, hydraulics, controls, and components. Key responsibilities include detailed design and dimensioning of heat pump solutions, covering performance requirements, bivalence/monovalence, efficiency, and acoustic considerations. The role requires coordinating with various heat pump manufacturers, creating technical documentation for proposals, and supporting quality assurance during commissioning. Candidates must possess a strong technical background (Master, Technician, or Engineer level) in relevant fields like HVAC or refrigeration technology, coupled with significant practical experience in heat pump planning, design, or commissioning, ensuring seamless integration between the heat pump, ground collector source, and building hydraulics.
