Job Summary

This role as an IT Business Architect Healthcare involves driving the digital transformation of the German Armed Forces' medical services (Bundeswehr). You will act as a key partner for the Bundeswehr's healthcare unit, systematically gathering, analyzing, and modeling complex customer requirements and business processes within the healthcare domain. Day-to-day tasks include conducting workshops with high-level internal and customer stakeholders, coordinating requirements gathering projects, and providing expert advice to ensure the modernization of medical IT systems. The position requires a successfully completed university degree, strong technical knowledge in Requirements Engineering and Applications, and a minimum of two years of relevant professional experience in IT or healthcare. Successful candidates must also bring several years of experience in IT project management and demonstrate strategic thinking, high results orientation, and excellent communication skills.
