This full-time, permanent role seeks a versatile Facility Manager, acting as the operational 'Swiss Army knife' to ensure the smooth functioning of the company's buildings, grounds, and infrastructure, supporting a growing business in beekeeping supplies and natural products. Day-to-day responsibilities are highly varied, encompassing general maintenance, small repairs, monitoring cleanliness, and ensuring all work areas are functional and ready for use. The manager will also support internal conversions and coordinate simple external services as needed. The ideal candidate is a hands-on, flexible all-rounder with practical thinking skills, basic technical understanding, and demonstrable experience in caretaking, trades, or facility management.
