Laboratory Technician | Laborant (m/w/d)

Job Summary

This role involves the organization and execution of various laboratory tests essential for quality control, focusing on corrosion, adhesion, chemical resistance, and thermal properties according to customer standards. The Laboratory Technician will be responsible for creating initial sample, series, and surface inspection reports, and conducting failure analysis of surface defects. Key responsibilities also include incoming goods inspection, color matching, and monitoring measuring equipment. Additionally, the technician will provide deputization for shift supervisors in the pre-treatment area when necessary. The ideal candidate must have a successfully completed three-year vocational training, such as a Chemical-Technical Assistant, possess very good PC skills (especially MS Office), and demonstrate a meticulous, structured, and reliable working style. Good verbal and written German and English skills are required, along with strong teamwork and communication abilities, making this an excellent opportunity within a growing, family-owned automotive supplier.
