Job Summary

The Federal Real Estate Agency (BImA) is seeking an Expert for Geoinformation Systems to join their Information Technology division in Bonn. This role is crucial for managing and continuously optimizing the agency's IT infrastructure, specifically focusing on Geographic Information Systems (GIS). Day-to-day responsibilities include ensuring the stable and secure operation of the ArcGIS Enterprise platform, performing 2nd and 3rd level support, conducting root cause analysis for IT disruptions, and managing cooperation with external service providers for system maintenance. The expert will also drive change requests, participate in planning and execution for product go-lives, and coordinate release management for new versions and updates.
