Job Summary

Join Winkhaus, a 170-year-old family company specializing in intelligent solutions for windows, doors, and access systems, as a Surface Technology Plant Operator. This role is crucial for maintaining efficient surface coating processes and ensuring high surface and process quality. Day-to-day responsibilities involve operating and monitoring electroplating systems, conducting process and quality controls, and managing documentation. You will also perform loading and unloading tasks using a forklift. In a representative capacity, you will supervise wastewater and supply systems and conduct necessary chemical and physical analyses in the laboratory. The ideal candidate possesses completed vocational training in Chemistry, Electroplating, or Wastewater Technology, or comparable experience. Success in this role requires meticulous, quality-conscious work, reliability, flexibility, and the willingness to work a three-shift system. This position offers a permanent, full-time contract (37.5 hours/week) and extensive benefits.
