This role is a key position within the Quality Management Team, focusing on Healthcare, Sports Nutrition, and Functional Food categories for an expanding holding group based in Dortmund. The successful candidate will manage quality throughout the entire supply chain, ensuring compliance with food law and quality-relevant requirements, evaluating product specifications, and guaranteeing adherence to legal regulations and customer-specific standards. Day-to-day tasks include autonomously reviewing offers, contracts, and product specifications, overseeing product and supplier quality, and independently managing defined quality projects. The position requires strong analytical skills, expertise in relevant EU food regulations, and the ability to handle customer complaints and inquiries professionally.
