Job Summary

This role involves actively supporting the project management and specialist teams in executing a critical SAP S/4HANA transformation project focused on SAP Finance within the Schwarz Group. Day-to-day responsibilities include acting as the central interface between business units (like Accounting and Controlling), IT, and external consultants. The specialist will be responsible for creating detailed functional concepts based on defined business requirements, preparing and conducting workshops and training sessions to ensure smooth knowledge transfer, and driving user adoption of new processes and system functionalities. The ideal candidate possesses a degree in Business Administration or Information Systems, coupled with several years of professional experience in finance, accounting, or consulting, specifically focusing on SAP Finance processes and functional concepts. Fluency in both German and English is mandatory for effective cross-functional communication.
