Job Summary

This full-time role involves ensuring the smooth operation and continuous development of the organization's enterprise-wide IT services, with a specific focus on network infrastructure and applications. The successful candidate will be responsible for the administration of virtual servers and hosts, contributing to the implementation and advancement of IT applications, including the M365 environment. Daily duties include the independent installation, configuration, monitoring, and optimization of all hardware and software components, as well as providing essential First- and Second-Level support to users. This position requires a qualified IT Specialist with several years of experience in a Windows Server environment, strong virtualization skills (VMWare, potentially Hyper-V), and a service-oriented approach.
