Job Summary

This role involves providing essential IT support and service for users both internally and externally at client sites in Magdeburg, working for an IT service provider. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating with local contacts, offering service-oriented support for all IT inquiries, physically transporting, setting up, cabling, and potentially dismantling IT systems at client workstations. A key component of the job is the manual configuration of individual software and providing direct onsite assistance to end-users, alongside maintaining system documentation and general system care. Candidates should possess completed vocational training in the IT field or comparable professional experience, solid knowledge of Windows operating systems (7 through 11), networking basics, and Microsoft Office/Outlook. A strong service orientation, reliability, and fluency in written and spoken German are prerequisites, along with a Class B driving license.
