Job Summary

As the Plant Manager for ZF's Thyrnau site, you will hold overall responsibility for production, focusing on E-Mobility and bevel gear set manufacturing. This pivotal role involves leading approximately 450 employees across various segments including production, heat treatment, logistics, quality, maintenance, and process planning. You will ensure adherence to production and delivery schedules, maintain high quality standards, control manufacturing costs, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. A key aspect of the role is fostering strong relationships with employees, worker representatives, and authorities. You will also be responsible for strategic planning of investments, capacities, and personnel, while representing the plant internally and externally. This position is ideal for a charismatic leader with a strong entrepreneurial mindset and extensive experience in automotive series production.
