Job Summary

This role is for an experienced SMT Machine Operator/Electronics Technician to join a family-owned company in the Munich area specializing in customized electronics solutions for global clients in automotive, medical technology, and telecommunications. Day-to-day responsibilities include the critical tasks of creating placement programs, operating high-tech SMT placement machines (like the JUKI RS1), and managing stencil printing and soldering processes (Reflow and Vapor Phase). You will be responsible for monitoring the entire assembly procedure, performing rigorous quality checks, and troubleshooting equipment malfunctions. Candidates must have completed vocational training in electronics and possess professional experience in SMD machine operation, including setting up and programming automated equipment. This position offers a competitive starting salary (€3,400 gross), flexible working hours with a flextime arrangement, no shift work, and a stable, permanent contract starting immediately without a probationary period, working with new and modern machinery.
