Job Summary
This role involves supporting businesses in optimizing their processes by ensuring the successful operation and utilization of the proprietary DELECO® ERP software, which manages everything from merchandise management to production. The Support Specialist will act as the primary point of contact for customers post-project implementation, addressing inquiries, and developing practical, solution-oriented answers. Key responsibilities include ensuring optimal system operation in customer environments, often via remote maintenance, monitoring response times, and meticulously documenting progress to maintain transparency and high customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate should have experience with ERP systems, familiarity with manufacturing company processes, and possess strong analytical, service-oriented, and communication skills, supported by excellent German language proficiency.
