Job Summary

This permanent Mechatronics Technician position in Peine offers the chance to join an established, attractive family company known for its friendly work environment and fair, tariff-based compensation. The primary objective of this role is ensuring the smooth operational readiness of complex production machinery and systems. Day-to-day responsibilities include independently conducting regular maintenance, repairs, troubleshooting, and recommissioning of production plants. You will be responsible for the upkeep of all electro-technical and supply systems, performing necessary electrical installations, and rigorously testing electrical protection measures and safety devices. Furthermore, you will actively contribute to Continuous Improvement Process (CIP) projects by developing and successfully implementing solution proposals. Candidates must possess completed vocational training as an Electronics Technician for Industrial Engineering or Mechatronics Technician, be prepared for shift work and on-call duty, and demonstrate strong reliability and team skills. Good German language proficiency (B2 minimum) is required, with English skills being advantageous.
