Job Summary

This role involves ensuring stringent quality standards within a leading global nonwoven fabric manufacturing company. The Textile Laboratory Technician will be responsible for conducting comprehensive quality controls on both raw textile materials and finished products. Key daily activities include monitoring production processes, managing the control and steering of raw materials, intermediates, and final products, and analyzing critical process parameters to ensure smooth production flow. A crucial part of the job involves developing and testing new materials and formulations, performing laboratory experiments, and conducting material tests. The ideal candidate must hold a completed qualification as a Textile Laboratory Technician or equivalent, possess experience in quality assurance, preferably within the textile industry, and demonstrate strong analytical, documentation, and teamwork skills to resolve quality defects in collaboration with production and development teams.
