Job Summary

This is an exciting, permanent opportunity with the City of Euskirchen to lead and manage electrical engineering projects within the Central Real Estate Management department. The role involves comprehensive project control for new construction and renovation measures concerning electrical systems (HOAI groups 4-8), focusing on buildings in fee zones III and IV. Key responsibilities include overseeing the operation of electrical systems and building management systems (BMS/GLT), coordinating regular maintenance to ensure smooth operation, and troubleshooting faults in electrical installations, automation, and MSR systems. Furthermore, the Project Manager will support municipal construction projects with a focus on sustainability, climate protection, and energy management. Candidates require a degree in Electrical Engineering and several years of professional experience in a similar function, ideally coupled with knowledge of building and energy technology, and relevant legal frameworks like VOB/HOAI.
