Job Summary

This full-time position as a Service Technician/Electrician, based in Freiburg im Breisgau, is with KPS Prüfservice, a leading company in electrical equipment testing. The role focuses on ensuring occupational safety by conducting mandatory inspections of portable operating equipment, fixed systems, and machinery at various customer locations. Daily tasks include coordinating testing procedures with team members, meticulously evaluating results, and generating comprehensive documentation. Furthermore, the technician serves as the primary technical contact for clients regarding electro-technical queries. Candidates must hold a successful electro-technical apprenticeship, such as an Electrician or Mechatronics Technician qualification. While experience in electrical engineering service is advantageous, motivated career starters are welcome. The successful candidate will be expected to work independently, maintain a professional demeanor with clients, and be ready for regional travel, supported by a company car (available for private use) and a secure, permanent contract.
