Job Summary
This role involves working as a Field Service Technician and Commissioning Engineer for an innovative, growing family company specializing in special-purpose machinery and plant construction for the plastics, chemical, and food industries. The primary responsibilities include the worldwide commissioning and maintenance of mechanical and electrical components and systems, with typical assignments lasting 1-10 days. You will be responsible for analyzing and resolving mechanical, electrical, and process-related faults, as well as training customer personnel both online and on-site. The ideal candidate holds a degree or vocational qualification in Electrical Engineering or Mechatronics, possesses knowledge of automation technology (PLC), and is customer-oriented. This position requires significant international travel (40-50%), offering a varied and responsible role within a supportive small team environment.
