Job Summary

This role involves leading and supervising the complete installation of large-scale energy storage systems for commercial, industrial, and grid infrastructure clients. The Construction Manager will be responsible for site setup, coordination of subcontractors, ensuring adherence to high quality standards, and managing the final acceptance and handover of the systems. A critical component is managing site safety, including compliance with accident prevention regulations, creating risk assessments, and preparing project-specific HSE documentation. The ideal candidate possesses a background in electrical engineering (via vocational training, Master/Technician qualification, or degree), significant experience in construction site management, particularly in plant construction, and practical experience with medium-voltage systems. This position requires strong German and good English skills, enthusiasm for renewable energy, and extensive travel (4-5 days/week) within the DACH region.
