Job Summary

This role involves overseeing the complete installation of large-scale energy storage systems for commercial, industrial, and grid infrastructure clients, actively contributing to the energy transition. The Construction Manager will be responsible for planning and supervising all site activities, from setup to completion, ensuring high-quality standards are met. Key responsibilities include coordinating subcontractors, managing site safety (HSE documentation and accident prevention), and collaborating closely with commissioning and project management teams for system handover. Candidates should possess an electrical engineering background (Master/Technician degree or equivalent professional experience) with proven experience in site management, ideally within plant construction, and must be prepared for extensive travel (4-5 days/week) within the DACH region. The position offers significant autonomy, flexible work models, and a company car for private use.
