Day-to-day responsibilities include creating precise calculations and quotes for complex projects, analyzing technical documents like specifications and drawings to determine requirements, and optimizing cost structures by evaluating material, labor, and machine costs. The ideal candidate possesses a technical background (e.g., in Construction or Electrical Engineering) and proven experience in technical project estimation, ideally within the security sector. Key qualifications include strong technical understanding combined with business acumen, proficiency in MS Office and ideally estimation software (like RIB iTWO or advanced Excel), and fluent German language skills (C1).
