Job Summary

This role involves serving as a Technical Estimator, specializing in creating robust calculations and proposals for projects within fire alarm, intrusion detection, and video technology. Day-to-day responsibilities include the precise analysis of technical documents, drawings, and performance specifications, determining material, labor, and machine costs, and evaluating subcontractor and supplier conditions. A core focus is optimizing cost structures and developing economically viable solutions for clients. The ideal candidate possesses a technical degree or vocational qualification (e.g., Construction, Electrical Engineering) and relevant experience in technical project estimation, preferably within security technology. Essential qualifications include strong MS Office proficiency, analytical thinking, and fluent German language skills for effective communication and negotiation with internal teams and external partners.
