Job Summary

This role is for an experienced Construction Billing Specialist to independently manage and oversee the billing processes for innovative regional infrastructure projects, focusing primarily on road construction. Day-to-day tasks involve close coordination with site management, creating detailed quantity surveys and measurements (Aufmaße), preparing comprehensive billing documentation, including materials for potential supplementary calculations, and rigorously reviewing subcontractor invoices. A critical component is cost transparency, requiring regular actual-vs-target comparisons. Candidates must hold a degree in Civil Engineering, be a State-certified Technician, or possess a comparable qualification, coupled with professional experience in a similar billing function. Familiarity with construction accounting software, ideally RIB iTWO, and knowledge of various civil engineering disciplines (road, underground, pipeline construction) are highly beneficial.
