This role involves managing the complete installation of large-scale energy storage systems, spanning from site setup to final completion. The Construction Manager will be responsible for coordinating subcontractors, ensuring strict adherence to quality standards on site, and managing communication with all project stakeholders, including system acceptance and handover. A core focus is safety, requiring the creation of hazard assessments and HSE documentation, and ensuring compliance with accident prevention regulations. The ideal candidate has a background in electrical engineering (degree, master craftsman, or technician qualification) and several years of professional experience in construction management, particularly in plant engineering, coupled with practical knowledge of medium-voltage systems.
