Job Summary

This role involves managing the installation of large-scale energy storage systems for commercial, industrial, and grid infrastructure clients. The Construction Manager will be responsible for the end-to-end planning and supervision of installation projects, including coordinating subcontractors and ensuring stringent quality standards are met on site. A critical component of the role is managing project handovers, coordinating with all stakeholders, and rigorously enforcing accident prevention regulations by creating necessary Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) documentation. The ideal candidate possesses a background in electrical engineering, significant experience in construction site management—preferably in plant construction—and familiarity with medium-voltage systems. This position requires extensive travel (4-5 days/week) within the DACH region and offers a company car, 30 days of vacation, and flexible working options, making it an attractive opportunity to contribute to the energy transition.

Required Skills

Education

Completed vocational training as an Electrician, Electronics Technician, or Mechatronics Technician, supplemented by further education (Master Craftsman, Technician) or a degree in electrical engineering.

Experience

  • Experience in construction site management, ideally focused on plant construction
