Job Summary

This role involves managing the complete installation of large-scale energy storage systems for commercial, industrial, and grid infrastructure clients. The Electrical Engineering Construction Manager will oversee projects from initial site setup through to final completion, including detailed planning, coordinating subcontractors, and ensuring strict adherence to quality standards. A core responsibility is managing site safety, which includes enforcing accident prevention regulations and creating necessary HSE documentation and hazard assessments. Candidates must regularly coordinate with all project stakeholders and manage the final acceptance and handover processes. The ideal candidate possesses a background in electrical trades, advanced technical certification, or an electrical engineering degree, coupled with specific experience in construction site management, ideally within plant construction and medium-voltage systems. This position requires extensive travel (4-5 days/week) across the DACH region and offers a company car and 30 days of annual leave.

Required Skills

Education

Completed apprenticeship as an Electrician, Electronics Technician, or Mechatronics Technician, or advanced training as a Master Craftsman/Technician, or a degree in Electrical Engineering.

Experience

  • Professional experience following training as an Electrician, Electronics Technician, or Mechatronics Technician
  • Experience in construction site management, ideally in plant construction
  • Practical experience with medium-voltage systems (preferably as an authorized person)
