Job Summary

This position focuses on providing advanced 2nd Level technical support for complex issues related to energy storage systems, both remotely and on-site. Day-to-day tasks include performing remote maintenance, executing precise diagnostics using specialized software, and actively supporting the Field Service Team with challenging installations. The ideal candidate possesses a technical background, such as an Electronics Technician or Mechatronics Technician, ideally complemented by further training as a Master Craftsman or Technician, or a degree in Electrical/Energy Engineering. Experience with power electronics, protection, and measurement technology is beneficial, alongside proficiency in ticketing and CRM systems. Strong communication skills in both fluent German and good English are essential, coupled with a willingness to travel up to 20% and participate in on-call duty.
