Job Summary

This role seeks a dedicated Service Technician to join a fourth-generation family-owned company specializing in innovative ventilation technology. The technician will be responsible for conducting repairs, service assignments, and commissioning of systems, primarily within a 200 km radius of their residence, with minimal overnight travel. Key daily tasks include precise documentation of work through reports and protocols, providing technical support to internal teams and customers via phone and email (potentially from a home office), and managing a small inventory of spare parts. The ideal candidate holds a qualification in Electrics, Electronics, or Mechatronics (Master or Technician level preferred, but entry-level applicants are welcome) and possesses strong communication skills, social competence, and a Class B driving license. Experience in customer service and ventilation/air conditioning technology is a plus.
