Job Summary

This role as Site Manager, Electrical Engineering, involves overseeing the end-to-end installation of large-scale energy storage systems for a company driving the energy transition. Day-to-day responsibilities include comprehensive planning and supervision of the construction site, coordinating subcontractors to maintain high quality, managing project acceptance and handover processes, and rigorously enforcing safety and accident prevention regulations (HSE documentation and risk assessments). You will also coordinate regularly with all project stakeholders and support service partners during maintenance. The ideal candidate possesses a technical background in electrical engineering (degree or vocational training plus Master Craftsman/Technician qualification) and substantial experience in construction site management, particularly in plant construction. Expertise in medium-voltage systems is highly valued.
