Join INTILION AG and play a crucial role in the energy transition by managing the installation of large-scale energy storage systems for commercial, industrial, and grid infrastructure clients. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning and supervising the entire installation process, from site setup to final completion, coordinating subcontractors, ensuring quality standards, and managing site handovers. A key focus is maintaining safety by managing compliance with accident prevention regulations and creating HSE documents. The ideal candidate holds an electrical qualification (Electrician, Electronics Technician, Mechatronics Technician, or Electrical Engineering degree) with several years of relevant professional experience, particularly in construction site management and plant construction. Strong knowledge of medium-voltage systems and a passion for renewable energy are essential. This role requires excellent German and good English skills, along with high travel readiness (4-5 days/week) within the DACH region, offering a modern company car for private use and 30 days of vacation.
