Job Summary

This role requires a dedicated Construction Billing Specialist to manage the independent billing and quantity surveying for infrastructure projects, primarily within road and traffic route construction. Day-to-day responsibilities include creating precise measurements and detailed mass calculations, compiling all relevant billing documents, and preparing documentation for potential supplementary calculations. A critical component of the job involves meticulously verifying subcontractor invoices and preparing regular actual-versus-target comparisons of costs and services to provide key performance indicators. The ideal candidate holds a degree in Civil Engineering or a comparable technical qualification, possesses professional experience in a similar billing role (ideally in traffic route construction), and is proficient with billing software, preferably RIB iTWO.
