Job Summary

This role is for an experienced Project Manager specializing in Building Services Engineering (Heating, Ventilation, Sanitary, and Climate Control) to oversee complex, innovative projects for high-demand clients such as hospitals, universities, and industrial facilities. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning and leading the execution of projects, coordinating on-site installation teams, managing project costs and calculations, and serving as the primary liaison with clients, architects, and specialized planners to ensure seamless workflow coordination across various trades. Successful candidates must have a completed degree or vocational qualification in Building Services Engineering or Green Technologies, coupled with several years of practical experience in site management and project handling. The position offers a unique and attractive work structure, including a secure, permanent contract, the flexibility of a 4-day work week (when traveling to sites), and a fully equipped electric company car provided for private use, including a Wallbox.
