Job Summary

This role involves independently managing the billing and quantity surveying for transportation infrastructure projects (road, civil, sewer, earthworks, and pipeline construction) in close collaboration with the site management team. The specialist will be responsible for creating precise quantity take-offs and mass calculations, preparing all necessary billing documents, including those for change order calculations, and meticulously reviewing subcontractor invoices. A key part of the job is project control through regular variance analysis (actual vs. target costs and performance). The ideal candidate holds a degree in Civil Engineering or a comparable qualification, possesses relevant professional experience in a similar billing role, and is familiar with billing software, ideally RIB iTWO. This position offers the flexibility of a home office option and the stability of working within a major international construction group, contributing to the digitalization of the construction industry.
