Job Summary

This role is for an experienced Service Technician specializing in media technology integrated within complex security and communication systems. The professional will be responsible for the installation, configuration, programming, and maintenance of audio, video, and control technology, including IP-based networking for systems like video surveillance and voice alarm systems. A core part of the job involves conducting network-based integrations, troubleshooting faults, optimizing existing setups, and meticulously documenting all technical work according to QM standards. The ideal candidate must have a completed vocational education in electrical or communication technology and several years of professional experience in security or IT systems. They must also be customer-oriented, possess a Class B driving license, and be prepared to participate in an on-call rotation after training.
