Job Summary

This role is for a dedicated Construction Manager specializing in Electrical Engineering, focusing on the seamless execution of large-scale energy storage projects. The professional will be responsible for planning and supervising the complete installation of major energy storage systems, from site setup to final completion. Key tasks include coordinating subcontractors, ensuring adherence to high quality standards, managing project handovers, and strictly enforcing accident prevention regulations, including the creation of HSE documentation. The ideal candidate possesses a background in electrical or mechatronics engineering (or equivalent qualification), coupled with several years of experience in construction site management, particularly in plant construction. Strong knowledge of medium-voltage systems and fluency in German, along with good English skills, are essential for this highly mobile role, requiring extensive travel (4-5 days/week) within the DACH region. Required Skills

Education

Completed vocational training as an Electrician, Electronics Technician, or Mechatronics Technician, or further qualification as a Master Craftsman/Technician, or an electro-technical university degree.

Experience

  • Professional experience as an Electrician, Electronics Technician, or Mechatronics Technician
  • Several years of experience in construction site management, ideally focused on plant construction
  • Practical experience with medium-voltage systems
  • Experience as an authorized person for medium-voltage switching (desirable)
