Job Summary

This is a senior opportunity for a Lead Construction Manager to assume overall responsibility for complex road, civil engineering, and asphalt construction projects within the Schleswig-Holstein West region. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in shaping regional infrastructure while working for STRABAG, a major construction group. Daily responsibilities include leading and mentoring a team of site managers, meticulously overseeing calculations, bids, construction processes, and site results, and conducting high-level negotiations with both subcontractors and clients, including the management and enforcement of supplementary claims. Key qualifications include a degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent, coupled with significant professional experience in handling complex construction projects. Proficiency in calculation software (ideally iTWO) and MS Office is essential, along with proven leadership skills, assertiveness, and an entrepreneurial mindset.
