Job Summary

This role involves overseeing the installation of large-scale energy storage systems, managing projects from site setup through to final handover. The Construction Manager will be responsible for planning and supervising installations, coordinating subcontractors, and ensuring strict adherence to quality standards and safety regulations (HSE documentation and accident prevention). A key focus is on managing projects within the plant construction sector, specifically involving medium-voltage systems and renewable energy technologies. This position is ideal for an experienced electrician, technician, or engineer with a background in site management who is passionate about contributing to the energy transition. The role requires significant travel (4-5 days/week) across the DACH region, offering a company car for private use, 30 days of vacation, and flexible working arrangements.
