Job Summary

This role involves leading and overseeing the complete installation of large-scale energy storage systems for commercial, industrial, and net infrastructure clients, contributing directly to the energy transition. The Construction Manager will be responsible for detailed planning and supervision of installations, coordinating subcontractors, and rigorously ensuring quality standards and adherence to safety regulations, including the creation of HSE documentation. A key part of the job is effective communication, coordinating with all project stakeholders, and managing system acceptance and handover. Candidates must have a background in electrical engineering, site management (especially plant construction), and experience with medium-voltage systems. Strong German and good English skills are essential, along with a high willingness to travel across the DACH region (4-5 days/week).
