Job Summary

This role is ideal for a dedicated IT professional, including recent graduates or career starters, who thrives in a fast-paced support environment. As the first point of contact for internal employees, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive First and Second Level IT support, ensuring smooth operations across all client systems. Key daily tasks include structured troubleshooting, incident resolution, and documentation within a ticketing system, primarily focusing on the Microsoft environment (Windows, software, telecommunications, and peripherals). The successful candidate will also manage patching, updates, mobile device management, and user access rights. Required Skills

Education

Completed vocational training or degree in IT, such as IT Specialist (System Integration or Application Development), IT System Electronics Technician, Assistant for Software Technology, or a degree in Computer Science or comparable fields

Experience

  • Practical experience in IT Support, Client & User Support, IT Service Desk, or First/Second Level Support
  • Experience in supporting IT workstations and client systems in a Microsoft environment
  • Experience with structured error analysis and independent error resolution
